9:36 pace no pain
Slow, went out on nearly a full stomach. Feeling a slight tinge of pain in the left lower calf. Perhaps the increased milage?
Keeping to the new balance training calendar. Seems to track the nike pretty well in total weekly milage; but, just different days. Lower left calf felt pretty good.
Slogged it out.. dodging lake size puddles. Didn't help the sore back... but the left lower calf didn't hurt at all
Starting to really feel it, tired.
Pace really starting to fall off, after 3 miles, I feel like all the energy has been drained out of me
